曲軸把活塞桿受到的力發(fā)送給發(fā)動(dòng)機(jī)曲軸并和曲軸一起把活塞桿的直線運(yùn)動(dòng)轉(zhuǎn)換為傳動(dòng)軸的轉(zhuǎn)動(dòng)健身運(yùn)動(dòng),其每一個(gè)循環(huán)系統(tǒng)中承擔(dān)更替2次拉應(yīng)力和壓內(nèi)應(yīng)力,承受力頻率很高。因?yàn)榍S承擔(dān)較大的負(fù)載,并在運(yùn)轉(zhuǎn)的疲憊負(fù)載下工作中,故曲軸不但對(duì)抗壓強(qiáng)度有較高的規(guī)定,并且對(duì)品質(zhì)尺寸公差明確提出高的規(guī)定。
曲軸樣子繁雜,自由鍛時(shí),其工型桿部易造成折疊式,尤其是工型底端高寬比超過(guò)5的曲軸更易造成折疊式。處理對(duì)策主要是操縱胚料容積和預(yù)、終鍛工字型位置橫截面積的比率,并壓擠成型。此外曲軸在削邊時(shí)非常容易形變,可以在設(shè)計(jì)方案終CNC精密零件膛時(shí),選用規(guī)格賠償來(lái)處理,但這規(guī)定煅造溫度和生產(chǎn)節(jié)拍穩(wěn)定,還需要確保削邊刀口品質(zhì)。更強(qiáng)選用削邊和校準(zhǔn)復(fù)合型模。近年來(lái)又發(fā)生脹斷曲軸新技術(shù)應(yīng)用。

The shape of the connecting rod is complex. When forging, the I-shaped part of the connecting rod is easy to fold, especially when the width height ratio of the I-shaped bottom is greater than 5. The solution is mainly to control the ratio of the volume of the blank to the cross-sectional area of the I-shaped part of the pre and final forging, and to extrude. In addition, the connecting rod is easy to deform when cutting, which can be solved by dimension compensation when designing the final forging die bore, but this requires constant forging temperature and production beat, and must guarantee the quality of cutting edge. It is better to use trimming and correction compound die. In recent years, new technology of expanding and breaking connecting rod has appeared.
